CapsuTech has submitted two patent applications and is in the process of compiling a third application to protect its new developments and their applications. In general, CapsuTech’s strategy is to claim and protect the general platform technology of its encapsulating polymers, and in addition to submit new patent application for each specific indication or combination of the platform polymer(s) with any active molecule.
